OneHSN - ONELIST

ONELIST as a centralized childcare waitlist solution has streamlined inefficiencies, saved time and improved communication for parents seeking child care with publicly licensed childcare providers ultimately changed the way our publicly licensed child care system works.

In the past, parents who required publicly licensed child care had to locate and research individual child care providers one by one—a time-consuming and tedious process. Parents were also required to apply to multiple child care providers individually, and then wait for weeks or months to hear about the status of their applications.

Child care providers have also historically relied upon antiquated paper applications and inconsistent processes to track applications, Child care staff needed to communicate availability to each individual family via phone when spaces became available and had no way of knowing whether each family had already been placed at another childcare facility. This resulted in significant inefficiencies and required key staff members to spend valuable time on administrative tasks. In addition, providers didn't have access to community reports or data about families in need of child care.

The ONELIST centralized waitlist module, a component of the One Human Service Network (OneHSN) suite of products, has changed all of that.

ONELIST is utilized by parents, child care providers and social enterprises to streamline child care applications and the management of highly sensitive child care data.

Parents can access ONELIST to search for child care providers in their area who meet their own unique program criteria, hours and/or location. They can then submit their unique personal information to the providers of their choice, using the user-friendly and highly secure OneHSN environment. All child care data is safely stored in a centralized database that child care providers in the community can access quickly and easily.
